「十分に～する」って英語でなんて言うの？

「生地を十分に寝かす」と言いたいです。

to ... enough/sufficiently で「十分に〜する」と言えます。
なので「生地を十分に寝か」と言うなら、
to let dough rest enough/sufficiently
と言え、もう少し違う言い方をすると
ーto rest the  dough on the counter long enough
「カウンターの上で生地を十分に寝かす」
のようにも言えます。

例；
I had to let the dough rest sufficiently before I could bake it in the oven.
「オーブンでパンを焼く前に、生地を十分に寝かさなければいけなかった」
