  • I went to bed without taking off my make up, because I was too tired.

  • I fell asleep before I removed my makeup.

I slept with my makeup on.

This lets the person know that you still had makeup on when you fell asleep.
The obvious conclusion would be that you did not remove your makeup prior to sleeping.

Example
A: Your pillow case has red smudges on them.
B: I slept with my makeup on.
________________________________________________________________________________
I fell asleep before I removed my makeup.
'before' - This lets the person know that before you could remove your makeup you fell asleep.

Example
A: Why are your lips still red?
B: I fell asleep before I removed my makeup.
I slept with my makeup on.

A: Your pillow case has red smudges on them.

B: I slept with my makeup on.
_________________________________________________________

I fell asleep before I removed my makeup.

A: Why are your lips still red?

B: I fell asleep before I removed my makeup.

You can say 'i slept with my make up on' to explain that you did not remove your make up before sleeping.

I was so tired, I didn't even take my make up off.
You were so tired, that taking your make up off was out of the question.
So, you slept with your make up on.

i slept with my make up on' という表現で、メイクを落とさずにそのまま寝てしまった説明になります。

I was so tired, I didn't even take my make up off.

  • My make-up was still on when I slept last night.

In the first sentence, I have used the phrasal verb 'fall asleep' which means to pass from a state of wakefulness into sleep. One can fall-asleep involuntarily due to being very tired an forget to do certain things that one is supposed to do before sleeping, such as removing makeup.
So, you may say:
I fell-asleep with my make-up still on.
or
I slept without removing my make-up.
or
My make-up was still on when I slept last night.

I fell-asleep with my make-up still on.
I slept without removing my make-up.
My make-up was still on when I slept last night.

Make up means coloured substances used on your face to improve or change your appearance. Exhausted means extremely tired. The second question is more detailed compared with the first one.
