猫カフェって英語でなんて言うの？

In the UK, we don't have such a place exactly - mainly because of rules for businesses that serve food which are called, "Food Safety And Hygiene Rules." Sometimes the owner of a small cafe somewhere may allow one or two cats to walk around the cafe but that is probably against hygiene regulations and probably, at some point, customers would complain to the authorities. However, in the UK there are 'Petting Farms' which are usually places in the country or at zoos where children may hold and stroke small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs - but the cafe would be located away from the animals.

CAT CAFES are a trend that started in Japan...where customers get to interact with a range of cats & kittens that are provided by the establishment... These "petting friendly cafes" have proved to be very popular and this business model is now being copied around the world!

When you want to express that a cafe has cats roaming around; you can say: -There's a cat cafe in my neighborhood and people who love cats usually go there. -There is a cafe with cats around the corner. Cat-lovers go there a lot. -I like Neko cafes because I love being around cats.

There is no such place in Canada or at least I've never heard of it, but you could describe such a place as a cat cafe or a place where you play with cats.

Cat cafe - A cafe where cats are roaming about that you can play with. Kitty cafe - Kitty is another way of saying cat, it is a more cutesy version. Normally children or girls say this. You will be easily understood if you say "cat" or "kitty" cafe. They insinuate the same thing.
