結果に影響はないって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIt won't affect the results.
「結果に影響はない」
to affect「影響を及ぼす」

ーIt won't make any difference in the end.
「最終的にはどちらでも問題はない」
not make any difference で「どちらでも違いはない・問題はない」

例：
You made a mistake filling out the form, but it won't affect your results.
「フォームの記入に間違いがありましたが、結果に影響はありません」
