この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI can't deny the possibility that aliens exist.
「宇宙人が存在しないという可能性を否定できない」

ーI can't say for sure there are no extraterrestrial beings out there.
「どこかに地球外生物がいないとは言い切れない」

「宇宙人」は aliens の他に extraterrestrial beings を使っても表現できます。
