この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf you ever get punched by somebody, you should call the police right away to circumstantiate what happened.
「誰かに殴られたら、すぐに警察を呼んで起こったことを詳細に述べるべきです」
to get punched「殴られる」
to call the police right away「すぐに警察を呼ぶ」
to circumstantiate「〜を詳細に述べる」

または次のような言い方もできます。
ーIf you ever get assaulted by somebody, you should call the police right away and tell them all the details.
「誰かに暴力を振るわれたら、すぐに警察を呼んで詳細を話すべきです」
