この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThe train is leaving soon. You better hurry.
「電車は間もなく発車します。お急ぎください」
to leave soon で「すぐに出発する」
ーThe train will be leaving momentarily. Please try to hurry.
「電車はすぐ出発します。急いでください」
to leave momentarily で「すぐに出発する」
