comeは「来る」という意味ですね。 なので「帰って来れた」だったらcomeが使えます。 「帰って来た」のは「誰かが」帰って来たのだったらわかりますが、自分が「帰って＋来た」と考えると少し不思議な感じがしませんか？
just は「たった（今）～したばっかり」という意味ですので、nowという言葉は有っても無くてもＯＫです。
言語って "曖昧さ" で成り立ってる事も多く、文法を研究するならともかく一般会話だったら get用法 でも come用法 でも「伝わる」ということです。

Well, instead of saying 'overseas,' why not specify the city, country or continent you have just returned from? Unless it's a secret?
That makes the whole phrase far easier to say and understand, as well as adding colour to the information.
