I'm getting delayed reactions on my computer.と、my computer is getting slower.の二つの文でニュアンスの違いはありますね。
一つ目は結構直訳的な感じです。あまり聞いたことない言い方ですが問題なく通じると思います。
My computer is getting slowerの方が自然に感じます。getting slowerやrunning slowはパソコンの話でよく使われている表現です。
