「値段表記がないものは」は英語で「Those without a price tag...」と言います。
「those」は代名詞として「the items」＝「その商品」を指します。なので、どっちでも使ってもいいですl。
後は「All those」や「All the items」を言うこともできます。
例文：
Those without a price tag are all $4.80.
値段表記がされていないものは、全て$4.80になります。
