「勢いが良い」は英語で「with lots of force」と言います。「with vigor」でも大丈夫ですが、個人的には「vigor」の方は生き物に使うのがイメージに合っていると思います。
蛇口を一気にひねると勢いよく水が出るので注意。
If you turn the tap completely in one go the water's going to come out with lots of force, so be careful.
Be careful the water comes out with quite a bit of force when you turn it on all the way.
Be careful when you light the fireworks, the sparks jump quite far and fast.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーBe careful the water comes out with quite a bit of force when you turn it on all the way.
「（蛇口を）全開にすると水が勢いよく出てくるから気をつけて」
水の場合は、to come out with quite a bit of force「勢いよく出る」を使って言えます。
ーBe careful when you light the fireworks, the sparks jump quite far and fast.
「花火に火をつけるとき、火花が勢いよく飛ぶから気をつけて」
火花の場合は、to jump quite far and fast「勢いよく飛ぶ」を使って言うと自然な感じで良いでしょう。
