「このスマホでお願いします」は英語で「Can you take it with this phone please?」と言います。また、「Can you use this to take it?」で相手がすでに分かっているので「スマホ」の単語を使わずに問題ありません。英語でお願いする時は疑問形で、相手の許可を聞くのが普通です。
