この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーBy the way, I'm still not better.
「ちなみにまだ良くなってない」

ーIncidentally, the XX hasn't healed yet.
「ちなみに、XXはまだ治ってない」

例：
Incidentally, the rash on my arm still hasn't healed.
「ちなみに腕の発疹はまだ治っていない」

By the way, I'm still not feeling better yet.
とすると、『ちなみに、まだ具合はよくないよ。。。』

I've been taking the medication for a week now, but I still don't feel better yet.
とすると『一週間ほど薬飲んでるけど、まだ具合が悪い。。。』というように表現できます。
