Are you requesting a bill? という言い方はしませんが、Are you going to charge me for it? という言い方はできます。
または次のような言い方もできます。
ーAre you going to give me a bill for this?
「この勘定を私に渡すつもりですか？」
ーI hope I don't have to pay for this.
「これを私に払わせないよね？」
ーI hope I won't get charged for this.
「これの分、請求されないよね？」
