全員大人ですか？子供はいますか？って英語でなんて言うの？

この場合 adult を使って言うのが自然です。
ーAre you all adults or are there any children too?
「全員大人ですか、それとも子供もいますか？」

お客さんに対してはあまり使いませんが、grown-ups で「大人」を言うこともできます。
ーAre they all grown-ups or are there some kids as well?
「全員大人ですか、それとも子供もいますか？」
