自分の意思で結婚しないと言っている人の多くは、
I feel like〜は「自分の意思で〜だと思います。」というような意味で使えます。In my opinionにするとなんとかのデータ、証拠、などに基づいてその意見を持つようになった、というようなニュアンスが少し含まれてきます。

結婚したいけどできないのだと思います。
maybe because of their personality, appearance, money etc.
性格や、容姿、お金など（のせいかもしれません）

（結婚しないと言っている人が自分が選んで、自分の選択肢として）結婚しないのではなく、結婚できない
It's not that they won't get married, it's that they can'tにすると伝わりますが、少しだけわかりにくいです。
