最近、電車で紙の本や紙の新聞を読んでる人が増えたなと思うんだけど、それは気のせいかな？
これを英語で言いたいです。

Is it just me or ...? で「…なのは気のせい？」と表現できます。

ーIt seems to me more people are reading actual books on the train these days, but it could just be my imagination.
「最近電車で紙の本を読んでる人が増えたようだけど気のせいかな」
it could just be my imagination でも「私の気のせいかも」と言えます。
