I'm not any worse than I was before, but I'm still not what you would call better.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIt hasn't gotten any worse, but I'm not feeling better yet either.
「悪くもなっていないが、良くもなっていない」
to get worse「悪くなる・悪化する」
to feel better「具合が良くなる」
ーI'm not any worse than I was before, but I'm still not what you would call better.
「前よりひどくはなっていないが、良くなったとも言えない」
any worse than before で「前よりひどい」
