ーYou're Chinese, so I'm not sure if you would like it or not, but ...
「あなたは中国人だから、好きかどうかわからないけど、」

ーYou're used to eating the real thing, so I don't know if you would appreciate it or not, but ...
「あなたは本場の（中国料理）を食べ慣れているから、気にいるかどうかわからないけど、」

例：
You're Chinese, so I'm not sure if you would like it or not, but my favourite Chinese restaurant is called XX.
「あなたは中国人だから、好きかどうかわからないけど、私のお気に入りの中国料理のレストランはXXというところです」
