留守番の者なのでわかりません。って英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThe owner of the house is not here, I'm just watching the house while he's away, so I can't say one way or the other.
「家主が不在で私は留守番なのでなんとも言えません」
owner of the house「家主」
to watch the house while he's away「彼がいない間家を見ている」＝「留守番している」
I can't say one way or the other.「（セールスの商品を買うか買わないか）私はどちらとも言えない」
