この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThere's nothing special that I want.
ーThere's nothing I really want.
「特に欲しいものはない」

例：
There's nothing I really want.  Japanese already have everything they need.
「特に欲しいものはない。日本人はすでに必要なものは全部持っている」
「物に満たされている」は already have everything they need のように表現すると自然かと思います。
