三日以内にメールに返信してくださいね。って英語でなんて言うの？

Please reply to the e-mail in three days.
この場合のinはwithinではなければなりませんか？3日後に返事下さい。3日以内に返事下さい。3日以内なら1日以内でも2日以内でも構いませんとも取れます。どちらが正しいと捉えますか？
特にinの捉え方がわかりません。

この場合、within を使うと「3日以内に」という意味が確実に伝わります。
ーCould you kindly get back to me within the next three days?
「3日以内にご連絡をいただけますでしょうか？」
within the next three day のようにも言えます。

in three days と言うと、「3日以内」とも取れますし、「3日後」という意味もあります。なので in を使いたい場合は、in the next two or three days のように言うと良いでしょう。
ーCould you please reply to this email in the next two or three days?
「2、3日中にこのメールに返信をいただけますか？」
