「俺か俺以外か」は、私なら次のように言います。
ーme or the rest of the world
「俺か（俺以外の）世界の残りの人たち」
ーme or people who are not like me
「俺か俺みたいじゃない人たち」
例：
There are only two types of people in this world, me or the rest of the world.
