to save には「節約する・割り引く」という意味がありここで使えます。
ーYou miss out on 2000 yen with this plan.
「このプランで2,000円損をした」
to miss out on ... で「…を損なう・失う」という意味です。
例：
This plan is 2000 yen for one hour. There's another plan that costs 4000 yen for three hours so you save 2000 yen with this plan.
「このプランは1時間2,000円です。3時間4,000円のプランもあり、このプランなら2,000円得をします」
