東京出張で当初は１月１日から１月５日までの期間だったけど、予定を変更して１月１５日から１月２０日までにしたってなんていいますか。上記をそのまま英訳したらいいかと思いますが、一つの文で言いたいです（正しいかわかりませんが例えば'my business trip was rescheduled from 1/1 to 1/5 to from 1/15 to 1/20'など）

または次のような言い方もできます。
ーI was supposed to go to Tokyo on business from 1/1-1/5, but it got postponed to 1/15-1/20.
「ビジネスで1/1-1/5まで東京に行く予定だったが、1/15-1/20に延期になった」
