「上と下で線がずれてるよ。」って英語でなんて言うの？

「to line up」とは、例えば、両枚の線が合っていること。合ってないなら、「they are off」（ずれている、合ってない）と言えます。

この例文の「They」は上の方と下の方の代わりに使いした。
The top and bottom aren't lining up.

強調するため、「properly」や「right」も使えます。
They aren't lining up right.

もう一つの言い方は、
The bottom isn't lining up with the top.
The top and bottom are misaligned.
です。

「To be misaligned」は「to not line up properly」と同じ意味があります。だから「misalign」は「properly」と一緒に使われません。
