イギリスではmovieよりfilmという単語を使う場合が多いです。

ーYes, noの質問ですが、こういう言い方もいいと思います。
"enjoy" - 楽しむ
"think of" - ～についてどう思う
"take on" - ～に対する見方

In this situation, you could probably get away with just using "it" if you wanted, especially if you were talking about the movie already.

Movies are either exciting or boring. Exciting movies are those that make you sit on the edge of your seat and sometimes chill you. Action movies have that sort of effect. On the contrary, boring movies are those that send you to sleep. You paid to watch a movie, but, unfortunately, the movie has unwittingly sent you to bed instead. Some movies are merely enjoyable. So, having just watched a movie with a friend, you may ask:

映画はわくわくするか退屈かどちらかだと思います。
わくわくするようば映画は、夢中になって、ときどきゾクゾクすることができます。
アクション映画はそのような効果があります。
逆に、退屈な映画は眠くなります。
映画を見るのにお金を払っているのにもかかわらず、
残念ながら、無意識に眠りへと導かれます。
楽しめる映画もあります。
なので、友達と映画を見終えたあと、

と聞くことができます。
１）Howは「どのような」や「どういった」という意味があります。How was-で「ーはどうでしたか」という過去形にすることができます。
２）Did you like-でも直訳すると「好きだった？」ですが、英会話では「どうだった？」という意味合いにもなります。
３）Did you likeと同じように、Did you enjoyも「楽しかった？」という意味合いも含めながら「どうだった？」という意味合いになります。
