アメリカ人は試着したい時によく「try on」を使います。
前置詞の位置を気にしている方が多いと思うのですが、この場合は目的語の前後に付けることができます。

ちなみに、試飲や試食などの「試」で始まる言葉はよく「try」で言います。
Can I try this food?
Can I try this wine?

Use, "Where are the fitting rooms?" when you are unsure where the fitting rooms are located. The clerk will point you in the right direction.
Use, "I need to try this item on please." When you find the fitting room. Usually there is a fitting room clerk, who can answer questions.
Use, "I would like to try this garment on." When you would like to use formal language. This sounds very polite.
"Where are the fitting rooms?"（試着室はどこですか？）を使う際は、
部屋がどこにあるのかわからないときです。
店員さんがどこにあるかを指して教えてくれるでしょう。
"I need to try this item on please."（私はこの商品を試着する必要があります。）
試着室を見つけるときにこのフレーズを使います。
通常、問い合わせなどに答えることができる試着室の係の店員がいます。
"I would like to try this garment on."（この服を試してみたい）
フ2￥1ォーマルな言葉を使いたいときによく使います。
10この言い方は非常に丁寧に聞こえます。
1. May I try this on?
This is a direct question asking to try a piece of clothing on.
2. I'd like to see how this fits me.
When I go shopping for clothes, I usually like to see how the item fits me before I buy it. If you ask the store clerk to see how something fits you, you are really asking to try the item on.
3. Can you show me to the fitting room?
The fitting room is where customers can try on clothing items before purchasing.
1.May I try this on?
これを試着してもいいですか？
*服を試着することを尋ねる直接的な質問の仕方です。
2 ”I'd like to see how this fits me”
私にどんな風に合うかを見たいと思います。
*服を買いに行く際、通常、購入前に、そのアイテムどんなふうに合うか私はみたいです。
そのため、合っているかを見たいことを店員に尋ねる場合は、実際にその商品を試着したいという事になります。
3. ”Can you show me to the fitting room?”
（試着室を見せてもらえますか？）
*試着室は、顧客が購入前に衣服品を試着できる場所です。
Clothing stores invariably offer changing rooms to customers so that they may try on items, so the assumption in the UK is that there are always changing rooms available.
Only smaller places may lack this facility.
"Excuse me, where are the changing rooms please?
"Right over there madam."
服屋さんは、試着室は普通おいてあるものですよね。
UKでも同じです。
小さな店などですと、そういった場所がないかもしれませんが。
例
"Excuse me, where are the changing rooms please?"
（すみません。試着室はどこでしょうか？）

（すぐそこですよ、奥様）

-This means you would like to know where you go if you want to try out something.
2. Can I try it on?
- This is when you want to know if you allowed to try out some items in the store e.g innerwear

*Where-in or to what place or position.
Example-"where do you live?"
*Changing room- A room where you can fit on clothes in stores to see if it is the perfect fit
B) Where can i try this on?
*Can -be able to.
Example-"they can run fast"
*Try this on - fit this on

下記のような言い方ができます。
・Can I try this/these on?
「これ着てみていいですか？」
・May I use the fitting room?
「試着室を使ってもいいですか？」
試着したい服が１着の場合は this、いくつかある場合は these を使うと自然です。
fitting room は「試着室」の意味ですので、こちらを使っても良いでしょう。

様々な表現があると思いますが、いくつか自然な表現を紹介します。
・Would it be okay for me to try this on?
・Could I try this on, please?
・Could you show me to the changing room, please?
--- to try something on = ～試着する
--- show (person) to__ = 人を～へ案内してあげる（してくれる）
--- changing room = 試着室
お好みに合わせて使い分けてみてください。

「これ試着してもいいですか？」は英語で Can I try this on? と言えます。
Can I の代わりに May I を使うとより丁寧な言い方になります。
複数試着したい場合は these のように言うこともできます。
例：
Excuse me, can I try these on?
すみません、これらを試着してもいいですか？
