However, sometimes a restaurant will throw in some free items with a good order such as peanuts, bread, perhaps also a free drink. But to be sure, you could ask:

I strongly recommend you to use the second sentence because you show your understanding of the problem and empathy towards your waiter/waitress. The first one though is a good sentence to use too.
"I believe" is a polite way to express that one is sure but not completely certain. A meal can be referred to as a dish or plate as well.
"This doesn't look like..." can be said if the food that the waiter brings is not what the description on the menu stated.
"I believe" は「確信はないがそう思っている」と伝える丁寧な表現です。「食事（meal）」は "dish"（料理）や "plate"（一人前の料理）と表すこともできます。
"This doesn't look like..."（...でないように見える）は、ウェイターが持って来た料理がメニューの説明と違ったときに使うことができます。

Excuse me, i think you've brought this to the wrong table as we did not order this.
If a waiter/waitress brings out a dish you did not order and you would like to tell them this, you can simply say something like "I'm sorry, but I didn't order this." or a more elaborate way to say this would be "Excuse me, i think you've brought this to the wrong table as we did not order this."
ウェイター／ウェイトレスに注文と違うものを出されたら、次のように言えます。
"I'm sorry, but I didn't order this."（すみません、これは注文していません）
より詳しく説明するなら、

Use the sentences above if you get the wrong food order.
Remember to be polite when you speak to the waiter, mistakes do happen and we need to have some kind of leniency towards them.
You can end off the first (1) and the last sentences above by saying
"..please rectify this mistake." or "..please get my correct order."
