別の回答でも書きましたが、「発送」には"send"、"deliver"なども使えますが"ship"が良いでしょう。Shipでも船便という意味ではありません。"Ship by air"（エアー便で発送）という表現もあります。
追加の文は、以下を参考にしてみてください。
The items that have been put on hold for your previous order will be shipped together with the items of your current order.
Your latest order will be shipped with previous order.
order には「注文」だけでなく、「注文の品」という使い方もあります。
そこで、「今回ご注文頂いた商品」は your latest order（latest は「最新の」）
となり、「前回ご注文分」は previous order
となります。
これらから、文全体は
Your latest order will be shipped with previous order.
なお、注文を受け付けた時の応答なら will be となりますが、発送時のメッセージなら現在形になります。
次に、「前回ご注文頂き、弊社でとり置きしておいた商品」は、layaway（取り置き）を使って
the previous order you put on layaway
となります。
これに対し、「今回ご注文頂いた商品」は this order で良いので、
The previous order you put on layaway is shipped with this order.
となります。（こちらは現在形で書きましたが、上記の通り未来形でもOKです。）
