確かに、upside down、inside outは聞きますが、right to leftは聞かないですね。不思議です。

1つには、It's the other way around.と言えます。
the other way aroundは、「反対」と言う意味なので、「左右が逆」な場合だけでなく、「上下逆、前後逆」な場合も使えます。

あと、場合によったら、
This is supposed to be on the left side. 
「これは左側に来るべきなんだよ」
と指摘することで、「左右逆」を指摘することも出来ます。
あとは、
What is supposed to be on the left side is on the right side. 
「左側に来るべきものが右側に来ている」
のように表現することも可能です。
