適当にどかして、座って。って英語でなんて言うの？

「どかす」というのは「To move out of the way」。「To put it somewhere else」というのは、「ほかのところに置く」という意味してます。 なので、「適当にどかして、座って」と言うのは、 Just move it out of the way and sit. と Just move it out of the way and sit. と表現します。どちらでも伝わります。
