記載内容って英語でなんて言うの？

英語について教えてください。
「レシートの記載内容が渡す現物と異なる為
このままの状態ではお渡し出来ません。」
「在庫のデータが変わってしまう為、このままでは商品をお渡し出来ません。」
を英語で伝えたいです。
