一式って英語でなんて言うの？

少し長いかもしれませんが、一文で言った方がわかりやすいでしょう。

一式に一致する単語はいくつかあるんですけど、complete setとかが一番よく使われるんでしょう。他にはただset、all the items(商品全部)とかも使えればいいでしょう。

When you made the purchaseは「購入した時」にピッタリなんですけど、youはお店の支店からの場合のみですね。

返品交換はただexchangeでOKです。Returnも大丈夫でしょう。例えば、"if you want to make a return"を使っていい。

「一式」は英語で「all items」「everything」や「whole set」で表現できます。

例文：
「返品交換には購入した時の一式が必要です」
→「The whole set at the time of purchase is necessary to exchange items」
→「All items at the time of purchase is necessary to exchange items」
→「Everything at the time of purchase is necessary to exchange items」

「なので、一式揃えてお持ちください」
→「So, please bring everything after you have collected it」
→「So, please bring the whole set after you have collected it」
→「So, please bring all items after you have collected it」
