記入というのは英語では to fill out になります。気をつけて欲しい点は[書類](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33212/)を記入することです。

確認中の時に「記入ミスがないか確認いたします」と言いたいなら英語ではこのようは良いです。
I am looking this over for errors.（確認中の時）/I will look this over for errors (これから確認する時）
I am looking this over for mistakes.（確認中の時）/I will look this over for mistakes. (これから確認する時）
「Errors」は「ミス」に相当します。「mistakes」は「間違え」です。

すでに回答挙がっていますが、「記入する」はfill outやfill inと言います。
あとは、もしそういう単語を知らなければ、
write「書く」
という風に言ってももちろん伝わります(^^♪
あとは、「記入ミスがないか確認いたします」という文脈であれば、
「記入」に当たる言葉を使わなくても、

「間違いがないかどうか確認します」
のように単純に表現することも可能です(^^♪
