sixth senseは「第6感、直観」という意味で
「私は勘が鋭い」は

I have a good sixth sense.と言います。

intuition（直感）の形容詞形が intuitive です。

Someone is intuitive. と言えば、その人は直感に優れている人、勘が鋭い人、ということになります。

例）The personality test that I took the other day says that I'm an intuitive type.（先日受けた性格判断検査によれば、ぼくは直感的なタイプだということだ。）
