Sometimes people try to take advantage of tourist due to language barrier. This is quite helpful that you have asked at least you now know how to show them that you are aware of their intentions.
"This is a total rip-off!"
You can say this if you are dissatisfied with the driver's terms eg.overcharging for a short trip.
"This is daylight robbery!"
You can say this if the driver wants you to pay an unreasonable amount of money for the trip.
"Don't try your luck with me!"
You can say this to warn the driver to not take chances by being dishonest.

To call someone out - to draw attention to someone's behaviour or actions.
In this particular situation there are a few ways to handle it, for example, calm and collected, or directly calling them out.
'I'm sorry, but I don' think that's a fair amount to charge'.
To take down something - to make a note of something.
'I'm taking down your information, and I will contact the police'

First off all never take an unmarked taxi. Secondly ALWAYS make them put the meter on and make a point of visibly checking there credentials. They are less likely to mess around if you make it obvious you are already on to them!!
It can also be helpful to have google maps open on your phone and ask before you get in the approximate amount to your desitination. If you don't speak the language show them the address and say 'how much to here?'
If this does happen however, there are a number of things you could say.
'This is not the correct fare.' If you are going to say this, have in mind how much you think is the right amount and have the cash ready to hand over. They are less likely to argue if they can see the money already.
Write there details down (calmly) and then 'I will report you if you don't charge me the right amount.' Again have an idea of what the fare should be. And you could also say 'Don't try and rip me off! The fare should be XX!'
Sometimes it is not worth the fight and it has to be a lesson learned.

もしこの表現を使うのなら、どれくらいの金額が妥当なのか考えておき、現金を準備しておいてください。お金を見せると、言い争いになりにくいです。
相手の詳細を書き留めて（落ち着いて）、
'I will report you if you don't charge me the right amount.'（正規の金額を請求しないのなら、通報します）
これも、どれくらいの運賃が妥当なのか考えておきましょう。
また、
'Don't try and rip me off! The fare should be XX!'
（だまさないで！運賃はXXのはずです！）
とも言えます。
時には争うに値せず、教訓にすべきこともありますね。
