「この列の中で待ってください」
「列」を表すのによく line も使います。「線」という意味で知っている方も多いですよね。
そしてPeek さんが言われるように「並ぶ」という日本語はこの場合、「待つ」を表す wait を使うのが一般的です。
またご質問が「この列」となっていましたので英訳例に入れましたが、this line と言う場合は他の列に対して「この列」という意味で捉えることができます。そうでなく、ひとつしかないなど、明らかに並ぶべき列が分かる場合にはthis、the、a などを付けずに Please wait in line. と言います。

「列に並んでください」
この表現の場合も、line に冠詞などをつけずに言います。その他、このように冠詞をつけずに言うもので役に立つ表現としては cut in lline「列に割り込む」というものがあります。
★ 補足 1
これらの表現では前置詞 in を使います。「列」を1つの範囲とみなしているわけですが、これと同じもので次のようなものもあります。
The diamonds in the bracelet are all natural.「ブレスレットにあるダイヤはすべて天然です」
このように、「ネックレスやブレスレットにある」と言いたいときにも上の「列」と同じように in を使います。
★ 補足2
もし前置詞に on を使って on line とするとどうなるでしょうか。実はこれも「列に加わっている」という意味を表すことができます。さらに、何か作業が「稼働中である」、コンピュータが「ネットに繋がっている」という意味を表すことができます。on は「接触」を意味するので、「繋がっている」や「スイッチが入っている（電気を流すものが接触している）」という意味を出すことができるんですね。
それだけでなく！ SNS の LINE （大文字で）がありますが、on LINE とすると「LINE を使っている」という意味になります。実際には面倒くさいので小文字で表すことが多いですが。
Are you on LINE/Twitter/Facebook? 「LINE/Twitter/Facebook はやっていますか？」

「この列に」という言い方は、
「in this queue」
「in this line」
などと表せます。
「Please wait in this line.」という表現もあり、

Firstly, we don't talk about 'a line' in the UK. A line of people waiting for soemthing is called 'a queue.'
If they are not waiting for something: for example, soldiers doing a drill, then it would be describe as 'a line of people' or, 'people atanding/walking/running/ in single file.' But not 'a line'!
"Excuse me, where do I wait for the bus that goes to London?"
"The queue's over there."

まず、lineという言葉はUKでは使わない。queueという言葉がUKでは使われます。
何かを待っている、例えば訓練をしている兵士のことを、a line of peopleとpeople attending/walking/runningということはできますが、lineだけでは言わないでしょうね。
"Excuse me, where do I wait for the bus that goes to London?" すみません、ロンドン行きのバスはどこで待てばいいですか？
"The queue's over there." ああ、その列ならあっちだよ。
"Thanks." ありがとう。

A queue or a line is an organised system of waiting in line for something e.g. a bus or a ticket machine. To point out the line to somebody you can tell them that the queue/line is over there!

When we want to point someone to a waiting area that is organized, we usually call it "line" or "queue".
If someone ask where the line is and the line is only a short distance away, you can point to the beginning of the line and say"The line starts over there" or "There is the line". If the line is a longer distance from you and you cannot point it out, then you can say it is near a certain object, for example-"The queue is by the fountain."
