この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。 ーIf I jump/get in the ocean, touch grass or weeds, or touch the fur of animals, my skin starts to get irritated. 「海に入ったり、草を触ったり、動物の毛に触れると、皮膚がかぶれる」 to get irritated は「イライラする」という意味のほかに「炎症が生じる・かぶれる」という意味もあります。 ご参考まで！
