①と②の英訳例は、どちらも「ポケットの中は空にしてください」という意味です。
上記以外に、Please make sure your pockets are empty→「ポケットが空であることをお確かめ下さい」でもＯＫです。

"Empty your pockets" and "take everything out from your pockets" is a literal translation from ポケットの中は空にして, where as "turn out your pockets" means to turn your pockets inside-out so that nothing is left inside them.
