おみくじは日本の独特なことなので英語の言い方はありません。そのまま使ってもいいです。
でもどうしても英語で言いたい場合、「fortune」でも大丈夫です。
「大吉」もとても訳しづらいです。ですのでそのまま使っても問題ありません。でも「大吉ってなに？」と聞かれたら説明する必要があります。その場合
「great luck」また「great fortune」と言えます。
ちなみに、「凶」は「misfortune」 (mis- = 悪い）
※ 〜たら ※
場合によって違うのですが、大幅にいうと「if」か「when」と言います。
過去にあったこと、または絶対に起きることだったら「when」を使います。
バスに乗ったら、友達に遭遇しました。
When I got on the bus, I ran into my friend.
気持ち悪くなったら教えて
Tell me if you don't feel good.

"Daikichi" is the best one, meaning "great fortune."
「大吉」が一番良くて、「とても幸運」という意味です。
上記のように英語で表現することもできます。
fortune slip = おみくじ
great fortune = 大吉
