You can use any of these or other adjectives to describe a Spring afternoon. You can also use them to describe afternoons in general that may be during another season. For example, you can say, "Yesterday afternoon was beautiful." You can also say, "It's a lovely afternoon today."

It's always nice to see the Spring coming, especially after a long and cold winter. We don't always need to wear our thick winter coat or our gloves and this puts us in a cheerful mood. Maybe it is the first day of the year when we can sit outside and have a drink with a friend without being worried about the cold.
Both of these phrases explain how nice a day it is. "Springlike" is an adjective and it explains that the conditions appear to be like that of the Springtime.
If you would like to explain to someone that it is a warm spring afternoon, you can say something like "Today has been a nice and warm spring afternoon." or "We had a lovely warm spring afternoon today." This is a very descriptive way of saying this.
