13時以降は飲み物がタダでついてくるレストランでランチをしていたのですが、隣の席の外国人の方に店員さんが英語でそのことを伝えるのに苦戦していました。結局伝わらなかったようで、飲み物なし扱いになっていました…(T-T) 飲み物つきですってなんて言えばよいのでしょうか？

セットメニューなどで飲み物が１杯無料でついてくる場合は、
・It comes with a drink.
・It includes a drink.
という表現になります。
a drinkをone drinkに置き換えてもＯＫです。
もし「飲み放題」だということを伝えたいならば

となります。
