すみませんそのまま直訳でしたが。まず「かくれんぼ」は英語で
Hide and seek もしくは Hide and go seek
Hideは「隠れる」 Seekは「探す」そして「おに」を英語で「It」と呼びます。
かくれんぼはローカルルールがあるので100％ではありませんが基本100数えて探しに行きます。よって「もういいかい」「まーだだよ」は日本のルールだと思われます。
"Let's play hide and seek!"（かくれんぼしよう）
"Okay, you're it!"（わかった、あなたがおにね）
"1, 2, 3... Are you ready?"（1、2、3… 準備はいいかい？）

アメリカのかくれんぼの補足情報です。
日本みたいに数を数えた後、「もういいかい？」って聞く代わりに、
Ready or not, here I come!

おに(It)がこう言って、探し始めます。
When you are the person counting you call out.
"Ready or not here I come."
If you are the person hiding and you are ready you can shout. "Ready"
If you are not ready you can shout. "Not ready."
If you are the person hiding and you are going to go to the place where the person was counting you would shout.
"One, two, Three block myself."
鬼の人はこのように言います。
"Ready or not here I come."

隠れている人がもう準備ができた時は、.

It's common to say ready or not here I come, after you've finished counting and your ready to find people, but if I was hiding I wouldn't say anything to give away my location.
数を数え終わって探しに行く準備ができたら"ready or not here I come"と言うことが一般的ですが、私が隠れる場合は、隠れている場所のヒントを与えないよう何も言わないでしょう。
