他の先生の回答であればまず間違いなく通じるはずですね。
同時に、”Is free WiFi available" （～が利用可能かどうか）と尋ねるのもまた別のパターン。
また、無いかもしれない、もしあったらラッキーというニュアンスを質問の中に織り込んで、”would you happen to have...” （～があったりしますか？）と聞くのもボキャブラリー力がある人ならではの聞き方の一つになるかもしれませんね。
