1. You state that this dish was precisely what you wanted and asked the waiter for. It should not be a surprise..that is what normally happens...but maybe you are excited at going out!
2. Your enthusiasm for the evening overwhelms you...or maybe you are just really hungry! You identify this dish as your own and state that nobody can have it - it is only yours!
All these terms would be good to say that the dish coming out is yours so you would say
"that one's mine" or That one's for me" meaning its your dish and not someone else's on the table
That one's mine.
That one's for me.
When at a restaurant, if there is more than one person at the table, when the waiter brings the food to the table they will say the name of the dish with the hopes of giving the appropriate dish to the right customer. When you hear the waiter say the dish that you ordered, you can simply say, "right here".
You can also say, "That's mine" , "That's me" , "That's what I ordered" , "I ordered that", That's for me, thanks".
"That's me"(私のです)
"That's what I ordered"(それは私が頼んだ物です)
"That's for me, thanks"(それは私のです、ありがとう)

That's mine.
