If you did the same thing in another country, you'd have been fired a long time ago.
「とっくの前に」なんとかになったという時には、完了進行条件文(would have been, would have done)を使います。
If I weren't so tired, I would have cooked supper by now.
もし私がこんなに疲れてなかったら、もう夜ご飯作ったでしょう。
If you did something like that in another country, you'd have lost your job ages ago.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf you did something like that in another country, you'd have lost your job ages ago.
「他国でそんなことやったら、とっくの昔にクビになっているよ」
ages ago で「とっくの昔に」と言うことができます。
