When talking to staff in a store, it is important to be polite and courteous. It is essential that you Say "Please" and "Thank you".
Rather than saying "I want this wrapped.", it would be better to say "Would it be possible to get this wrapped?".
Similarly, it would better to say "Could you please wrap this for me?", rather than "I need you to wrap this for me".
