子供に虹を見せた時、地上から1/3程度までは見えたけど、残りは雲に覆われて見えなかった時に、このように伝えたいです。
「途中まで」は“some of it”を使ってみたのですが、「残り」は言えなかったので“The other half is hiding in the clouds”としか言えませんでした(^^;;
We can see part of it, but the rest is hidden in the clouds.
