「① Do you have anything else?」、及び「② Is there something similar available?」
「① Do you have anything else?」= 「他に何かありますか?」
「② Is there something similar available?」

What else can I get?
What else can I order?
What else do you have?
The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to ask a person what else you can order. In the first sentence you will see the word option and in the second sentence you will see the word choice. Both of these words mean possibilities. These two words would make great additions to your vocabulary.
If you can't get what you ordered but you would still like to eat in the restaurant then you could ask 'what else can I order?, 'what else is available?' or 'what else can I have?'
If you would like something that would taste like it then you could ask 'Do you have anything similar on the menu?'
'what else can I order?'(他に何がありますか)
'what else is available?'(他に何がありますか)
または、
'what else can I have?'(他に何がありますか)
'Do you have anything similar on the menu?'
This is a common occurrence in a restaurant.
The first question asks the server what they think you should order instead. Since they work there and know the menu, they can probably give you a good suggestion.
The second question asks the server if there is something similar on the menu to the item that they are out of. They might not have one type of steak, but they may have another that they can offer you.
The third question asks what other menu items can be ordered. This is appropriate when you are in a restaurant late at night and they are close to closing. It is not uncommon for Western restaurants to be out of certain items at this time. Some restaurants also limit what menu items are available later at night.
